NUMBER ONE HUNDRED & FORTY EIGHT.

Having spent time in India last year, I was immensely moved by this video from Oxelo skateboards. Following Loic Houvenaghel, Nans Arnaud and Simon Volpoet as they skate the streets, fortresses and public spaces of North-West India, it was amazing to see places I’ve visited, such as the Tiger Fortress in Rajasthan (04:18), repurposed in a way they’ve probably never before been used. It’s great to see that the boys also got to visit a primary school during their trip, and gave kids their own boards. The cinematography here is stunning - I love the focus on capturing the essence of the locations, rather than just the tricks.
